OPEN YOUR OWN ITALYUMM AND BECOME PART OF THE FAMILIA! FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW ON HOW TO START YOUR OWN ITALYUMM:

 

STEP 1: REQUIREMENTS (Send to: admin@italyummph.com)

 

a. SUBMIT a Letter of Intent

b. SUBMIT 2 Valid IDs (Driver's License, Passport, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, SSS, etc.)

 

c. SUBMIT an Application Form

 

d. SUBMIT a Site Analysis Form (with actual photos and measurements of the area)

 

e. SUBMIT a Draft lease Offer/Contract from the Lessor (if renting).

STEP 2 : INITIAL INTERVIEW

 

STEP 3: SITE INSPECTION AND APPROVAL (UPON SCHEDULE)

 

STEP 4: GRANT MEETING (AWARDING OF SITE)

 

STEP 5: CONTRACT SIGNING AND PAYMENT

 

STEP 6: STORE CONSTRUCTION OR PREPARATION OF STORE OPENING

 

STEP 7: STORE OPENING!
